Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com
  • Refund will be processed as per agreed policy of Organising committee of each conference.
  • 25% Amount will be deductible from registration amount plus processing fees of bank or payment gateway.
  • No refund will be made for the requests made prior to the 45 days of actual conference date.
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • Refunds will be made post conference.
  • Please note that the cancellation policy varies from conference to conference, hence you are requested to check each conference website.
